The Graduate Institute of Japanese Political and Economic  Studies of Tamkang University was founded in August 1, 2016. Inheriting the Japanese Studies from its former, the Graduate Institute of Japanese Political and Economic Studies of Tamkang University (GIJSTU, 1983-2009), and also dedicating to nurturing the outstanding ones in Japanese Political and Economic fields.
